While you can find 3 generations of the Wells family working in the same office, we rely and enjoy the fact that all of our employees help to create the cohesive group that makes up the Wells team.

From company golf outings, to chili cook-offs and monthly office luncheons, Wells Construction fosters a warm and welcoming environment for its team of employees. Collectively, our staff comes together with a shared passion to build successful projects and lasting relationships.

  • Wells Construction is a full service general contractor that has helped to build our community since 1989. It is our commitment to provide our clients with unrivaled support throughout all phases of the design and construction process.  We believe that our interests are best served when we understand our clients’ objectives; so we listen to ensure that your desired facility is designed and built within your specified budget. Wells Construction is able to provide complimentary budgets that will help assist you throughout the design process. Our priority is to make sure this is an enjoyable experience for you; that is why 85% of our work is from referral/ repeated business.
  • Wells Construction takes pride in maintaining relationships with not only with our clients but our subcontractors as well.  With a database of over 9,000 subcontractors, we can assure that your project receives the best quality for the best price.  We utilize a rigorous screening process that selects the most qualified tradesmen for each project. After potential subcontractors are selected, our estimating team then chooses the lowest bid. Collaborating with the industry’s best strengthens the performance of each trade and the overall project delivery.
  • Clients can be confident that Wells Construction has assembled the best team for the project. All project management staff is hand-picked by President/CEO, Glen Wells.  To provide the highest standard of service, each project is assigned a full time superintendent dedicated to the project. Our in-field attention and dedication ensures your project and deadlines are well managed and monitored.

    An additional asset of working with Wells Construction is our 35,000 sq ft of warehouse space. By shipping, receiving, and storing equipment during the construction process, our clients save valuable time and money. We recognize how important timelines are to our clients. This is why detailed schedules, weekly meetings, and three week look-aheads are utilized by us as a tool for delivering your project on time.

    Our commitment to each project includes a warranty program that guarantees, even after we’ve completed the job that your continued satisfaction is sustained. We leave our projects completed, knowing that we have made a positive impact in your business and that you would refer us to your colleagues, friends and family.
