This tenant improvement was located in historic Berkeley near the CAL Berkeley campus. The Wells team utilized the existing wood framed store front system. This restaurant location was unique in that it involved two stories with an elevator and outdoor dining. The space required major upgrades including a new sheer wall, footings, structural supports, elevator, all new plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment with platform. All this was accomplished while staying on budget, on time and maintaining Chipotle’s fun, eclectic atmosphere.
