As a progressive dialysis company, DaVita continues to rate higher than the national average in medical outcomes and patient care. To underscore this level of excellence, our challenge was to convert an existing office space into a sophisticated medical clinic designed and governed by OSHPD3.
This tenant improvement included installing a complex bio-water system for use in medical treatments, upgrading all areas to meet the American Disabilities Act requirements and retrofitting intricate mechanical and electrical features to accommodate special equipment. With the office space on the second floor occupied and the clinic closed during construction, staying on schedule and budget was critical. Wells Construction met each of these challenges with success and completed the entire project on target.
