Glen Wells, President/CEO
Wells Construction, Inc founded in 1989
Prior to starting his own company Glen worked in many facets of the construction industry beginning his career at age 16. Through his passion for the industry and his determination, Glen quickly moved up the ranks spending many years as a project manager and estimator. In 1989 Glen obtained his B General Building Contractors License and founded Wells Construction, Inc. Shortly thereafter he obtained his A General Engineering License in 1991 and has been growing his business ever since.
From day one, Glen has grown his company by operating with the same core values he lives by; honesty, integrity, drive and compassion. Glen is a “hands on” President/CEO who recognizes how to lead his team by empowering each individual to reach their full potential. Building client relationships is the key to success at Wells Construction and Glen plays an active roll in each project. The Wells Construction team is dedicated to providing sound personal service to each client always executing practices that hold the clients best interest. Operating in a way that is true to his heart, Glen has nurtured many thriving client relationships he personally maintains today.
Glen is an active father of five and is very involved in his children’s school work and extra curricular activities and programs. He coaches and supports his children’s youth sports programs. Glen and his wife Kathy are also active supporters of the Eureka School District Foundation as well as many other community programs and organizations.
