Wells Construction also constructed the 10,000 square foot space which hosts Panda Express,

the 11,000 square foot space for Peet’s Coffee and another 11,000 square foot space for Fresh Cleaners. Wells Construction easily met the construction deadline – completing the job two weeks before Safeway’s scheduled grand opening.
