This 1,450 square foot project was one that required full demolition of all casework, flooring and wall and restroom finishes. The store received a new generation upscale design. Design consisted of all new details for merchandise display cases, all new generation millwork and casework, additional designer lighting, wall tile in the restrooms with full floor tile upgrade, and new ceiling mounted panels to create depth designer highlights.
During this transformation the store received new equipment and wall finishes that has enhanced the customers’ atmosphere while meeting all the updated city and county codes. Of particular interest is the fact that this entire project was completed by the Wells team within a six day period.
