Wells Construction, Inc. teamed up with Auburn Plaza LLC, Sage Architecture, Inc. and GW Consulting Engineers to construct an upscale retail center to this empty 10 acre site on Hwy. 49. This completed project will be an important draw for new businesses in the Auburn area. It brings a total of 72,700 square feet in retail buildings and will build upon recent progress in drawing new businesses to this segment of the Hwy. 49 corridor while simultaneously addressing traffic concerns.
