Wells Construction completed a full remodel of a 23,593 sq ft, multi-level office building in the heart of Downtown Sacramento. The new home to CA Grocers Association was originally built in 1925 and is 2 blocks from the State Capital and 5 Blocks from the Arena. The office space has been given a face lift as well as being brought up to code with a new elevator and renovation of the existing stairs. After refurbishing the original wood ceiling paneling and existing beams, this modern interior still holds a touch of history. Utilizing an open concept feel, offices are surrounded by glass allowing for even more natural sunlight from the windows that wrap the building.
