The Wells team partnered with the Sacramento SPCA’s leadership team to assist in preconstruction efforts along with full service construction. Our preconstruction services included: design assistance/input, along with finish selections to help transform their existing space into a state-of-the-art spay and neuter clinic, that will increase capacity by 38%. This high-volume clinic includes:  4 surgery rooms, expansive treatment and surgery prep, large dental suites, expanded dog and cat kennels, feral cat room, med gas room, x-ray and more.
