Twin Cities Vet Hospital (previously known as Larkspur Landing) will be opening a new/larger location in Corte Madera, CA. This 4,153 SF state-of-the-art facility will be open this fall. Final photos will be posted when the project is complete. Stay tuned.
The Wells team assisted Dr. Sandhu and his team in the preconstruction/interior design and construction. This newly renovated 2,171 SF space includes: 4 exam rooms (with double doors), large treatment area, pharmacy, lab, office space, surgery with a pass-through window, kennel room, and custom casework and finishes throughout.

ARC: Animal Rehabilitation Center, in Rancho Cordova is a 13,700 sq. f.t tenant improvement currently under construction. The facility will be equipped with a large training center, gym, water treadmills, exam rooms, acupuncture, radiology and ultrasound. ARC will be opening in September 2021.
