Wells Construction completed a full remodel for Blue Nile Diamond jeweler at the Galleria Mall in Roseville, CA. The project included all custom finishes, including venetian plaster, custom lighting, flawless drywall finishes, and custom designed jewelry displays. The Wells team worked with Blue Nile design team throughout the project to make sure construction was completed on time and within budget.

Twin Cities Vet Hospital (previously known as Larkspur Landing) will be opening a new/larger location in Corte Madera, CA. This 4,153 SF state-of-the-art facility will be open this fall. Final photos will be posted when the project is complete. Stay tuned.

The Wells team assisted Dr. Sandhu and his team in the preconstruction/interior design and construction. This newly renovated 2,171 SF space includes: 4 exam rooms (with double doors),  large treatment area, pharmacy, lab, office space, surgery with a pass-through window, kennel room,  and custom casework and finishes throughout.

After over a year of construction, SAGE Veterinary Centers in Concord, CA is now open for business! This 25,937 SF next-generation facility features 15 exam rooms, multiple large treatment and surgery areas, separate animal housing, MRI and much more. Featured hospital services include: Urgent Care, Cardiology, Surgery, Emergency Care, Internal Medicine, and Oncology. Every aspect of this facility was meticulously designed and thought out, from building materials to fear free colors. Our team is beyond proud of this project and partnership with the SAGE Team.
