ARC: Animal Rehabilitation Center, in Rancho Cordova is a 13,700 sq. f.t tenant improvement currently under construction. The facility will be equipped with a large training center, gym, water treadmills, exam rooms, acupuncture, radiology and ultrasound. ARC will be opening in September 2021. The official groundbreaking ceremony for SAGE Veterinary Centers took place last Friday – Construction slated to be complete LATE 2021. This 25,000 sq. foot, next generation facility will significantly expand the services for pet care in the East Bay and surrounding communities.
