The Merrill Gardens at Willow Glen community underwent a strategic refresh of its lobby and common areas. During preconstruction, Wells Construction carefully considered the needs of the community when developing the phasing plans and schedules. Construction was carefully phased to ensure ongoing access to essential services and minimize disruption to residents and staff. In addition to new flooring, paint, wall coverings, and light fixtures throughout the project, updates also included modernizing the lobby and library with new stone countertops and tile fireplace surrounds. The dining space received a facelift with new flooring, paint, and sleek metal panel dividers, while the bistro was transformed into a peninsula design with a sit-up counter. Additionally, other spaces including the wellness center, lounge, and activity rooms were revamped to enhance functionality and appeal.
