The Oars of Citrus Heights was built for Quantum Care. This 32,500 sq. ft. two story facility built from the ground up. This building’s design represents the collective efforts of a team of community leaders, visionary industry professionals. This facility features multiple levels of care, supported by state- of- the- art technologies. The Oars will house up to 53 residents in 36 luxury units. Building amenities include: multiple common areas, staff offices, nurse stations, a full commercial kitchen with walk-ins, multiple warming kitchens, a salon, a pedicure room, and access controlled courtyard. The building is solar ready and will feature an advanced LED lighting system and high-efficiency HVAC. A back-up generator was installed for emergency situations.

Wells Construction completed a 10,000 Sq. ft. Community Social Club at The Resort at Heritage El Dorado Hills CA. This Social Club consists of a beautiful banquet hall and gathering rooms, billiards, theater, card room, Bar, and catering kitchen. The exterior includes a resort inspired California Mission style with a beautiful pool and loggia.

Wells Construction was proud to partner with CountryHouse to help them build their 34,000 sf memory care facility in Granite Bay, CA. This two-story facility accommodates 46 residents, 34 on the lower level and 12 on the second floor. The main floor includes a spacious dining room, living room areas, spa, wellness center and a beautiful courtyard with a waterfall. The second floor offers a concierge-level service with a private dining area, living room and patio overlooking the courtyard.
