To meet the latest corporate program standards, the Performance Chevrolet upgrades included: a new roof, HVAC system, frame modifications and entry feature tower to accept new ACM facade cladding at 3 elevations, ADA compliance upgrades, a new energy efficient storefront system, a complete lighting, flooring, acoustical ceiling, millwork, and paint upgrade.

Hanlees Hilltop Toyota Dealership in Richmond, CA consisted of a 44,940 sf renovation and expansion onto their existing facility. This project included a major renovation all while Hanlees Hilltop continued to service vehicles out of their service bay.

The expansion included a new show room, service write up area, office, break room, parts and service departments, bathrooms, car delivery area, car wash. Renovations were made to their service bay area, which included a new pre-engineered metal roof system with skylights, insulation, roll up doors, interior and exterior site lighting, mezzanine parts storage, and all new parking lot, bio-swales with landscaping.
