Globally recognized, CTI -Corporate Tax Incentives, recently moved into their newly designed and renovated 14,439 SF headquarters. Wells Construction assisted with preconstruction, interior design, and construction.

Improvements included: an additional large conference room, two new executive offices, state -of -the -art sound pods, large cafe, collaboration areas, wellness room, training room, multiple lounges, and flexible workstations and finishes throughout. Solar panels were added to the building along with an electric charging station.

Wells Construction was proud to construct the new office of Viking Drillers in Granite Bay, CA. This ground-up wood frame facility took four months to complete and contains stained concrete floors, his and her private offices, conference room, gym and kitchen.

Wells Construction completed a full remodel of a 23,593 sq ft, multi-level office building in the heart of Downtown Sacramento. The new home to CA Grocers Association was originally built in 1925 and is 2 blocks from the State Capital and 5 Blocks from the Arena. The office space has been given a face lift as well as being brought up to code with a new elevator and renovation of the existing stairs. After refurbishing the original wood ceiling paneling and existing beams, this modern interior still holds a touch of history. Utilizing an open concept feel, offices are surrounded by glass allowing for even more natural sunlight from the windows that wrap the building.
