Laguna Chinese Baptist Church is a ground-up educational building on a pre-existing partially developed site. Each room in this building includes mechanically operated partition walls with an integrated dry erase board. These partitions give the church the ability to have over 20 different floor layouts ranging from individual classrooms to larger general meeting rooms, including an assembly hall with a built in stage.

This project consisted of a 13,735 sf complete sanctuary, classrooms and office remodel. There was also a 3,000 sf ground-up expansion, with a 3,400 sf ground–up specialized central atrium. Additional work included a .75 acre parking lot expansion immediately adjacent to a sensitive wetlands area. The Wells team completed this project within the original five month schedule.

Wells Construction completed a 11,706 sf ground-up school in Livermore, CA. This facility consists of a secure entry way with spacious reception, private office and conference area. There are also multiple classrooms for specific age groups with direct access to the outdoor area.
