This ground up consists of a 2,942 square foot Strings Restaurant with a full kitchen and bar. The structure is wood framed with stucco exterior and light gauge metal interior framing. Interior finishes include ceramic tile and stained concrete floors with open ceilings and exposed ducting. The counter tops are polished granite.

A significant amount of underground work had to be completed on this smaller site, such as the installation of a 4,000 gallon grease interceptor, an 8” fire service line, and the rerouting of an existing 24” storm drain.

This tenant improvement project showcases a tropical oasis. The scope of this transformation focused on the dining areas, restrooms and the resurfacing of the existing bar area casework with real bamboo veneer finishes. Custom stained concrete floors, bamboo wall panels, and interior thatched canopy roof details.
