The hospital features four fully equipped exam rooms, a dedicated pharmacy and lab area, a spacious treatment room, and specialized spaces for dental care, surgery, and radiology. Custom casework and durable finishes, carefully curated by our in-house interior designer, enhance the hospital’s contemporary design while ensuring a practical and welcoming environment for both pets and their owners.

Animal ONE is a premier, state-of-the-art veterinary hospital located in El Dorado Hills, CA, dedicated to providing exceptional preventative, wellness, and urgent care services for pets. Spanning 4,200 square feet, the facility boasts seven fully equipped exam rooms, expansive treatment areas, specialized spaces for surgery and dental care, casco cages, as well as advanced diagnostic tools like X-ray and an on-site pharmacy. Every aspect of Animal ONE has been thoughtfully designed with precision and care, featuring high-end finishes and a welcoming color palette to create a comfortable and calming environment for both pets and their owners.

Santa Rita Animal Hospital occupies a lease hold shell in a thriving shopping center in Pleasanton, CA. The Wells team assisted our past client,  Dr. Sandhu on evaluating the space prior to signing the lease and helped to secure a conditional use permit.  After the project was approved, our team assisted with the preconstruction phase, interior design and full-service construction.  This newly renovated 1,787 SF animal hospital contains three exam rooms, pharmacy and lab area, treatment area, office space, surgery, radiology, kennel room, and custom casework and finishes throughout.

The Wells Construction team played a crucial role in renovating and reviving a 3,569 SF veterinary hospital in Rocklin, CA. Our team assisted with space planning, interior design, permitting and management of the design team to ensure the project was within our client’s desired budget.
