The Wells Construction team played a crucial role in renovating and reviving a 1,400 square foot veterinary clinic in Lincoln, CA that was previously an out-of-business establishment. Our team assisted with space planning, interior design, permitting and management of the design team to ensure the project was within our client’s desired budget. The facility underwent significant cosmetic improvements, including new flooring, fear-friendly paint colors, custom cabinetry, epoxy in the dog runs, and exterior improvements. Lincoln Pet hospital has a spacious/welcoming reception area, two exam rooms, treatment area, surgery, radiology, and more. These cost-effective improvements helped to enhance the clinic’s functionality and overall appeal, while also creating a more comfortable environment for both animals and their owners.

After searching and vetting many different properties, Dr. Carrie Jurney found a great spot in the heart of SOMA, in a beautiful historic building. Remedy Veterinary Specialists is 3,696 SF state-of-the-art neurology facility that has flare and top of the line veterinary care/equipment to service San Francisco and the surrounding areas.

Our team assisted during the preconstruction phase and partnered with the architect/engineering team to assist with budgeting, and plan review. This specialty hospital has two exam rooms divided by a unique nanawall, a large open treatment area, an indoor dog walk room, large surgery area, radiology, offices,  MRI room (coming soon), and there is also a loft area with a large open office that overlooks the first floor. In this space you will find brick throughout, exposed trusses and ductwork that compliments the original architecture.  Exterior improvements included removing an existing garage door and replacing with a new folding glass door. Interior improvement consisted of full demo, all new metal stud wall partitions, new light fixtures, mechanical systems with veterinary specific zoning, plumbing, suspended ceiling/fire sprinkler system and high-quality finishes throughout the space.

The Wells Construction Vet Team assisted Dr. Thornton with her search for the best location for her new hospital. After evaluating different sites together,  Dr. Thornton was able to select to right space to best fit her needs. Our team assisted with preliminary space planning/budgeting, preconstruction services, equipment procurement and finish selections.

SacTown Vet Hospital is located in the downtown Sacramento area. The previous office space was converted into a modern vet hospital, by reusing some of the office areas as exam rooms/restrooms and break area. The 2,709 SF vet hospital is now equipped with 4 exam rooms, large treatment area, dental, radiology, surgery, offices, with custom finishes and details throughout.

The Wells team assisted Dr. Sandhu and his team in the preconstruction/interior design and construction. This newly renovated 2,171 SF space includes: 4 exam rooms (with double doors), large treatment area, pharmacy, lab, office space, surgery with a pass-through window, kennel room, and custom casework and finishes throughout.
