The Wells Construction Vet Team assisted Dr. Thornton with her search for the best location for her new hospital. After evaluating different sites together,  Dr. Thornton was able to select to right space to best fit her needs. Our team assisted with preliminary space planning/budgeting, preconstruction services, equipment procurement and finish selections.

SacTown Vet Hospital is located in the downtown Sacramento area. The previous office space was converted into a modern vet hospital, by reusing some of the office areas as exam rooms/restrooms and break area. The 2,709 SF vet hospital is now equipped with 4 exam rooms, large treatment area, dental, radiology, surgery, offices, with custom finishes and details throughout.

The Wells team assisted Dr. Sandhu and his team in the preconstruction/interior design and construction. This newly renovated 2,171 SF space includes: 4 exam rooms (with double doors), large treatment area, pharmacy, lab, office space, surgery with a pass-through window, kennel room, and custom casework and finishes throughout.

Twin Cities Vet Hospital – Corte Madera CA

4,150 SF (previously known as Larkspur Landing) a new state-of-the-art hospital is located in Marin county just north of San Francisco. This Hospital has 5 exam rooms, large treatment, surgery, dental, radiology, and more. This hospital features high end custom finishes and details throughout. Located in the lobby is a custom designed pet watering station, and a custom water feature at the reception desk. Custom epoxy flooring throughout with stamped 3D paw prints and star constellation.

Wells Construction assisted Dr. Gillon with preliminary space planning/design, finish selection/coordination, permit assistance, along with managing the design team during the preconstruction phase. Willow Glen Pet Hospital relocated just down the street from the original location to a new/larger 3,900 SF facility that now has 6 exam rooms, a large treatment area,  dental area, a large surgery room with two tables, iso room, dog runs, and more. 1,000 SF of the project was converted from a covered parking to usable interior space, which gave them additional space for a larger treatment room, isolation, and dog run room.
