This project consisted of a 15,000 sf tenant improvement with grooming and bathing rooms, two play rooms, for small/medium dogs and one for large dogs. The facility contains multiple offices, over 100 lockers and one master suite room with a sky light. There is also an outdoor turf play area with a splash pool.

This project consisted of vacant retail suites that were turned into a 4,787 sf pet hospital with ADA modifications and exterior site improvements. Interior improvements included: six exam rooms, radiology, a pharmacy area, dog/cat wards and surgery/special procedure rooms.

Wells Construction completed interior alterations to a 4,948 sf facility. There were updated finishes and flooring throughout the hospital, electrical upgrades and a new storage/retail space. Wells Construction assisted with finish selection.

Wells Construction completed a beautiful rustic/wine themed veterinary hospital in Windsor, CA. The tenant improvement included three exam rooms, surgery and treatment area with rustic finishes throughout.
