Serenity Spa Completion
Wells Construction is proud to announce to completion of Serenity Spa in Folsom. With one successful location already in Roseville, Serenity Spa decided that the Palladio in Folsom would be the best location for their new facility. The construction of Serenity Spa was a great opportunity for Wells Construction to showcase their craftsmanship, as well as Owner and Operator, Tammy Fairchild, to show off her keen eye for interior design and spirituality.
This 4,278 sq ft spa is made up of nine treatment rooms, rain shower spa, zen lounge, and also houses their Soul Yoga studio. Crown molding is placed throughout the entire facility, as well as recessed ceilings and curved walls. Fairchild designed the facility with the flow of good energy in mind, so that optimal relaxation is possible once entering the facility.
Kuni Groundbreaking
On September 23rd, 2013 the Wells Construction team, as well as members from the Sacramento County Building Department, Williams and Paddon Architects and Kuni Chevrolet executives, broke ground on the new Kuni Chevrolet. The new 53,000 sq ft dealership will be located on the corner of Fulton and El Camino in Sacramento, right next to its previous host, Kuni Chevrolet Cadillac.
The construction of this state-of-the-art dealership has been on hold the past four years due to economy constraints and proves that the auto industry is bouncing back. According to an interview by the Sacramento Business Journal, Wells Construction President / CEO, Glen Wells, believes that “now that the automotive industry has become the front-runner of the economic recovery, I believe we are going to see a number of previously on-hold auto dealership projects get the green light. Kuni Chevrolet is a prime example of this.”
