Wells partners with Sacramento SPCA

Wells Construction is very proud to partner with the Sacramento SPCA, heading the construction for their remodel and expansion of their 6,400-square-foot animal health center. This new facility will immediately increase their annual spay/neuter capacity by 5,000 animals. The clinic will have the capacity of 36,000 annual surgeries by 2026, making the Sacramento SPCA one of the top-three clinics in the nation. They will also provide low-cost preventative care and low-cost surgeries through the vaccine and wellness clinics. Construction is slated to be complete by the end of 2020.

Congrats Newly OSHA 30 Certified!

Congratulations to our newly OSHA 30 certified employees! Great work and thank you for putting safety first on our jobsites! During first week of new hire orientation, we make it a priority to have their OSHA 30 completed before they step foot on a jobsite. We also extended the invitation to those interested this past year and are proud of those who stepped up to make sure they create a safe and responsible work environment!

Chili Cook-Off

Our annual chili cook-off winner went to one of our Project Coordinators, Lauren! Congratulations, Lauren! As winner, she received a PTO day, her name engraved on our chili trophy, as well as a winner’s medal and apron! We love our chili cook-off tradition each year!

We also had the pleasure of hearing from Dr. Ron Simms of Back to Health Chiropractic in learning more about workplace wellness. Thank you Dr. Ron Simms and your excellent team for a fantastic presentation!
