Wells Construction has begun construction on Orangetheory Fitness in Roseville. This 2,890 Sq. Ft. Design/Build Tenant Improvement, which is set to open in mid-April, will feature all the necessary equipment needed for the gym’s signature Orange 60 Workout.

With locations already in the Bay Area and Southern California, Ralph Lagas, Franchise Owner/Area Developer of the Roseville Orangetheory Fitness location, is bringing the first Orangetheory Fitness studio to the Sacramento area.  According to their website, “Orangetheory Fitness uses the science of Heart Rate Based Treadmill Interval Training, the efficiency of Indoor Rowing for increased power and the proven concept of Weight Training Blocks to create the fitness level and body you have always desired.”

Wells Construction has begun construction on Johnson Ranch Veterinary Clinic in Roseville, which is set to open in the early spring. This new clinic will feature three exam rooms, one large surgical suite, a spacious lobby and a large pet rehab center with additional outdoor space.

With the new year comes a brand new retail site for Best Buy in Auburn, CA. Wells Construction began this project on October 1^st and is set to complete the project for fixture installation on January 15^th.  This 10 week accelerated TI schedule consisted of a demo of the existing storefront, installation of the Best Buy façade, interior metal framed walls, installation of 30 skylights,  installation of HVAC and electrical, masonry trash enclosures, and installation of the truck dock and canopy. Best Buy will be open for the public on February 7^th, 2014.
