TRUVET Specialty & Emergency Hospital

TruVet Specialty and Emergency Hospital is the first locally owned veterinary specialty hospital in the North Bay. This 6,272 SF practice located Petaluma, CA is fully equipped with 6 exam rooms, a large treatment area, surgery suites, orthopedic surgery, oncology, endoscopy, modern/farmhouse finishes throughout, and more. The Wells team assisted with obtaining a conditional use permit, the design process, and helped manage consultants throughout the preconstruction phase into construction.

Sacramento SPCA

The Wells team partnered with the Sacramento SPCA’s leadership team to assist in preconstruction efforts along with full service construction. Our preconstruction services included: design assistance/input, along with finish selections to help transform their existing space into a state-of-the-art spay and neuter clinic, that will increase capacity by 38%. This high-volume clinic includes:  4 surgery rooms, expansive treatment and surgery prep, large dental suites, expanded dog and cat kennels, feral cat room, med gas room, x-ray and more. Wells Construction is a proud supporter of the Sacramento SPCA and our team is honored to help bring the Sacramento SPCA’s “vision” into a reality.

Paws of Pleasanton

This 3,956 SF project consisted of renovating an existing medical office into a new full-service veterinary hospital. The Wells team assisted Dr. Bloomberg and Dr. Hardy during the preconstruction phase and helped manage the design team throughout the process. This new facility is equipped with six exam rooms (one exam dedicated exclusively for cats), a large treatment area with separate dental suite, surgical suite, radiology, patient recovery, cat and dog wards, large doctor’s office, breakroom, new finishes and custom details throughout.

Blue Ravine Animal Hospital

Dr. Sweet’s got more than she ever dreamed of when Wells Construction turned an abandoned restaurant into a veterinary clinic. With the reuse of many beautiful design elements and finishes from the restaurant, the needs and budget were all met, while still allowing for the tenant improvement Dr. Sweet desired.
